My Eloah Business Hub provides business advisory services in the UAE, including but not limited to:

• Company formation and trade license services (mainland and freezone)
• Corporate bank account opening advisory and facilitation
• Business loan, POS finance, and trade finance advisory
• UAE VAT registration, filing, and FTA compliance services
• Corporate tax registration and return filing
• Mortgage advisory and pre-approval facilitation

The free online calculators on our website provide estimates only. All figures are indicative and subject to bank, government, and third-party approval. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, or rate.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable UAE or international laws
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

5. Fees and Payment

Our consultation and service fees are agreed in writing before any engagement begins. All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Government fees, bank charges, and third-party costs are in addition to our professional fees and are subject to change by the relevant authority.

Payment terms are as set out in your service agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received as agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, My Eloah shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services
• Decisions made by banks, government authorities, or other third parties in relation to your application
• Delays caused by government authorities, free zone regulators, or banks
• Loss of business, profit, or opportunity arising from any outcome we could not reasonably foresee or control
• Inaccuracies in calculator estimates or indicative figures provided on the website

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the professional fees paid by you to us for the specific service to which the claim relates.

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party except as required to deliver the agreed services, comply with UAE law, or as described in our Privacy Policy. This obligation continues after the termination of our engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, calculator tools, page layouts, and brand elements — is the property of ELOAH LLC / ELOAH FZE LLC and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. We have no control over the decisions, timelines, or requirements of these third parties and cannot be held responsible for their actions or inactions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, provision of false information, or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
